I am deeply disturbed by reports of greater and greater build-ups of Syrian troops and armor into what can become a major thrust to over-run the Israeli Golan Heights. I feel certain that Israeli forces can defeat any Syrian attack - unless they have been ordered by Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to retreat - thus allowing the Syrians to take over Israel’s vital defensive area that overlooks Israel’s Northern communities.

Some have forgotten that, at several different times, the Labor Party’s Leftist doctrine was to abandon the Golan Heights to Syria. Then PM Yitzhak Rabin, Shimon Peres and Ehud Barak each engaged in back-channel negotiations with first Hafez al Assad and now with his son, Bashar Assad to gift the Golan to Syria all the way down to the shores of the Kinneret Sea.
That was within the Left’s failed doctrine of "Land for Peace". Many players tried to inaugurate this transfer. Israeli Leftists, the U.S. State Department, with an illustrious cast, including former Secretaries of State such as James Baker, III, Madeleine Albright, and now Condoleezza Rice - among others.

Offers were made for Israel to abandon their sophisticated electronic listening post on Mt. Hermon and Mt. Dov. The Americans offered to occupy those early warning stations and alert Israel if Syria was moving troops and armor into aggressive positions - as Syria is doing now. At one point, the idea was floated that the U.S. would establish a large Air Base on the Heights, once the Jews had been forced to abandon the Golan. So far, this hasn’t come to fruition.

PASSOVER AND JEWISH LIBERATION

On this Passover (2008) I have many thoughts and reflections. Some might be of interest to you. There are three special Holy Days in Judaism that deal with the salvation and liberation of the Jewish People. We just celebrated Purim and read how Esther was able to save our people from the evil Hamen. Rabbis for thousands of years have foretold that Hamens will arise in every generation to destroy us. Unfortunately they have been correct.

At Passover we re-live the most decisive moment in Jewish history. We were not only liberated from bondage in Egypt, saw G-d's miracles, received the Ten Commandments, but were given Eretz Yisrael as a our sacred inheritance.Like many gifts from HaShem, we had to earn it by hard work and many battles against our enemies.

There are three more Israeli National Holidays we celebrate at this time of year, Yom ha-Sho'ah (Holocaust Remembrance Memorial), Yom ha-Zikkaron (Remembrance Day for fallen soldiers and terrorist victims) and finally Yom ha-Azma'ut (Israel Independence Day). They are all related. The Holocaust, though it came half a century after the beginning of modern Zionism, forced the Jewish People to act to fulfill its mission. Unfortunately the Jewish people then went to sleep and is not preparing to prevent the Second Holocaust that is being planned for us by 1.5 billion Muslims. So much for all the Holocaust Museums and the the slogan NEVER AGAIN

BUSH-RICE BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO THE JEWISH NATION

On her 60th Birthday party, May 10th America’s President George W. Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will present the Jewish people a birthday present which may come in the form of a poisoned apple. Israel’s Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will knowingly accept the poison and feed it to the Jews of Israel and World Jewry - as he did in Gush Katif/Gaza. Actually, we do not yet know what poison will be chosen and the Bush/Olmert regimes will, of course, not tell us in advance lest we find an antidote.

Let us speculate on what this black hearted cabal might have been working on for Israel’s 60th Birthday:

1. It might be an under-the-table document like the Oslo Accords were when then PM Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres brewed up, in secrecy, the surrender of 7 cities in Eretz Yisrael to Yassir Arafat which inevitably became official Terrorist encampments.
2. It might be a document to be signed by Olmert, Bush and Abbas with Bush as a guarantor, to relinquish all Jewish rights to Judea and Samaria. (The idea is that once the Prime Minister of Israel signs a document from the position of his lofty office, thereafter, it is an irrevocable commitment by all of Israel - (whether they voted for it or not) - before all other world bodies. Naturally, it would be planned to by-pass any Knesset vote or Peoples’ Referendum. 3. Olmert, Foreign Minister Tzippi Livni and Defense Minister Ehud Barak, in collusion with Bush, Rice, the U.S. State Department - with James Baker III as advisor, could sign a document dividing Jerusalem (G-d forbid). With that, they would abrogate any claim to sovereignty that the Jewish people have over the Land of Israel granted to the Jewish people by G-d in perpetuity.
4. It may be recalled that U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney stated plainly in a joint news conference with PM Ehud Olmert that "The U.S. will never pressure Israel to risk her security." We all took this as a statement of truth. But, apparently, Bush, Rice and Cheney had something else in mind - as a different interpretation. Their idea was to follow the Rice, Baker "Road Map", calling for Israel to achieve that "thing" called security and peace.

Of course, I have been calling him the Manchurian Candidate-in-waiting for months. It’s nice that the national news media has started paying attention to the very dubious and sinister background of this man. Heaven knows how this will play out.

People have become so dumbed down. I called an Israeli friend of mine who has been expounding on the glories of Obama since the first of the exposés of the Presidential candidate hit the evening news. I said, “See! I told you so! The man is dangerous and not to be trusted.” Her answer was, “I still think him a wonderful man. I know that you’re from Atlanta and people from the South feel differently about black people.” I shouted back, “It’s not a black thing! It’s a character thing! It’s about standards! Do you really want a President of the United States who has conversations three times a week with Rev. Al Sharpton and who has to go on FOX News to defend himself?"

We are informed by DEBKAfile that Hezb’Allah has quadrupled its stock of Katyusha missiles to 40,000 since the 34 day Lebanon War of July-August of 2006. Hezb’Allah’s rocket arsenal is 3½ times its pre-2006 Lebanon War stockpile. Some of the 40,000 rockets of Syrian and Iranian manufacture can hit Israeli targets as far south as Beersheva, 350 km. Away from the Shi’ite terror group’s launching pads north of Lebanon’s Litani River. Between Hezb’Allah in the North and Hamas South in Gaza, these 2 surrogates of Iran can cover most of Israel except for Eilat. Syria has shipped to Hezb’Allah quantities of anti-air weapons, including shoulder-borne rockets and scores of Russian-made anti-aircraft ZSU-100 automatic 14.4 mm caliber cannon, effective against low-flying aircraft, helicopters and drones. The circumstances which led to this tale of ISRAEL AND THE CAMEL DUNG were first predicted by the wise men of Chelm sometime in the 18th century. It took 200 years and the revival of the Jewish State for this prediction to come true. At the time these wise men were dismissed as fools.

Sometime in the early 1990's there was a wise King of Israel named Peres the Brilliant. The most serious threat to Israel came from evil man named Yassir the Bloody. Now Peres wondered how he could make peace with Yasser so that Israel would be loved throughout the Middle East. He and his favorite advisor, Beilin the Poodle, set out the make peace and change the Middle East forever.

First they sent emissaries to Yassir and when they found that he was receptive, a meeting was scheduled. They couldn't meet in Israel so they chose the next best place, Oslo. When they all entered the meeting room, everyone noticed a smell coming from a package held by Yassir. Peres didn't want to insult Yassir but was very curious and the odor was a bit overpowering. As was normal, Peres whispered to his Poodle to ask the delicate question. So Beilin asked Yassir and the rest is history.

OLMERT’S PLAN OF "ONE STATE" for all its Peoples

The following may make sense to those who studied Israel’s evolvement since 1948. I could go back further but, this is to be an article and not a 600 page book.
Every indication demonstrates that Israel’s Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, his entourage and the corps of the Left started out with the idea of a "Two-State Solution" by evacuating Judea, Samaria and those parts of Jerusalem occupied and desecrated by Jordan for 19 years from 1948 to 1967. Jordan annexed Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem - illegally - a move recognized by only Great Britain and Muslim Pakistan.

The ill-gotten concept of a "Two-State Solution" gained form in the early 1980s when Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres started to confer (illegally) in the early 1980s with the father of today’s "Jihadist" Terrorism, Yassir Arafat, to drive the Jews out of the territories Israel liberated in the 1967 Six Days’ War. Arafat, Rabin and Peres wanted the Jews to turn over all housing, farms, infrastructure, water, electric grids, roads, etc. to the incoming Arab Muslim Palestinians who were to be ejected from Jordan, Syria, Iran and Lebanon into vacated territory. That same plan remained under Oslo and is now extended under the "Road Map" for Judea, Samaria and those parts of Jerusalem illegally occupied by Jordan, only recognized by Great Britain and Muslim Pakistan.

This was in the belief that the Arab Muslims could be pacified with assets built by the Jews and taken from the Jews, including their ancient G-d given Land. This was an unproven idea merely thought up by Peres, Yossi Beilin and various Leftist academics which was sold to Yitzhak Rabin. This was mostly pre-Olso but it morphed into the full Oslo Accords, negotiated in secret and signed September 13, 1993 on the White House lawn.

To Love Hashem or Endlessly Weep?

Eight students of the wisdom of the Holy One, the Highest Wisdom, were gunned down the evening of Thursday March 06, 2008, two weeks before the Fast of Esther and the holiday of Purim when the Jews of Persia rose up “and did to their enemies what they had thought to do to the Jews.” But the spirit that animated the fighters of Purim, three and half centuries later, the Maccabees in the Land of Israel and so many other Jewish warriors for millennia seems lost to the Rabbis of the modern state, and in the galut, too. Crying and proclaiming one’s heartache at funerals seems to have replaced the spirit of Moshe, Joshua, David, and millions of others, famous or unknown. Dissolving in tears, like a woman, lets one avoid confronting an idolatrous, treacherous and remorseless anti-Jewish police state, the client of gentile kingdoms and their lynchpin, Rome.

Indeed, in the morbidly feminized exilic-Judaism of our day it is a women-led group that calls for a new settlement to be built in the heartland, one for each student murdered at Yeshiva Mercaz HaRav Kook. Elsewhere women lead polemics for trans-gendered law (as in Boston, March 07).

Let’s try to examine this situation systematically with assistance from the Rambam so that all Israel from the ignorant to “Torah geniuses” can understand the response. Be clear on a key point first: as Torah and history show, Amalek may seem to disappear for generations but does not go away. The command to blot out his seed is eternal as reviewed below. “Fearlessness” is essential to truth, wise judgment and peace.*

The more things change, the more they remain the same.

Despite a recent U.S. National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) that says otherwise,
Iran's plan to acquire nuclear weapons remains firmly in place. Israel has no
legal obligation to sit back and wait to be annihilated — international law is
not a suicide pact. A principal effect of the American NIE will be to inhibit any
pre-emptive action against Iranian nuclear assets and infrastructures.

In the words of Maj.-Gen (res.) Aharon Ze'evi Farkash, former director of
Israel Defense Force (IDF) military intelligence, " the NIE opens
the way for Iran to achieve its military nuclear ambitions without any
interference." Gen. Farkash's observation refers to Washington
and Jerusalem.

Both theUnited States and Israel would now find it more difficult to exercise
"anticipatory self-defense" against Iran. Indeed, from a purely
tactical standpoint, the United States Air Force (USAF) would still be
better prepared to launch any pre-emptive strikes against Iranian
hard targets than the Israel Air Force (IAF). The IAF is very capable,
but it is also very small.

Unless either the United States or Israel remains willing to strike
defensively against an openly genocidal regime in Tehran, Israel may
have to resign itself to "living" with a nuclear Iran. Such resignation
would be ill-advised, because Tehran is unlikely to satisfy the most
basic assumptions of stable nuclear deterrence. Such coexistence
could never resemble the earlier U.S.-Soviet "balance of terror."
This would not be your father's Cold War.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ISRAEL’S SECURITY FORCES?

Once upon a long time ago, the Israeli people relied on the courts, Shabak (GSS), the police and the IDF (Israel Defense Forces). We were all proud of what was ethical behavior. People did not think of the system’s growing political corruption. Policemen were our friends and never to be feared as was the case in Egypt, Syria, Iran and especially Russia.
How proud we all were of the Secret Services of Mossad and Shabak! Even the Judges, like Shamgar were considered honorable. But, that began to change under Leftist leadership who began to pack all the systems with political Leftists who would work against all those who were pejoratively called "The Political Right".

The once honored pioneering settlers suddenly became the reason (according to the Left) that Palestinian Arab Muslims and the Arab Muslim world rampaged against the Jewish State. The fact of the conflict were brushed aside and, in its place, the new formula was "appeasement in the hope Terror would cease". After countless gestures of unreciprocated appeasement, conventional wisdom should have surfaced, indicating that the Arab Muslims were dedicated to "Jihad" (Holy War for Islam) and the liquidation of the Jewish State of Israel cannot be reasoned with.

HOW SECURE ARE JEWS IN THE CONTEMPORARY WORLD?

One of the most significant milestones in Jewish history has recently taken place. The largest Jewish community in the world today lives in Israel. Within about ten years, it is anticipated, that in Israel will live the majority of World Jewry for the first time in 2,000 years.
About 20 years ago I read a book by an author whose name escapes me. The approximate title of the book was, Uncomfortable Questions for too Comfortable American Jews that deeply impressed me. It describes how we Jews have a predilection for avoiding looking at our own situation and the world that we live in realistically. It is for that reason that Jews are continuously looking to help other people, such as those in Darfur and all the other unfortunate Hopttentots of the world, while purposely avoiding to examine the dangers and challenges confronting their own existence. We today face a serious worldwide recrudescence of anti-Semitism, the likes of which has not existed since the 1940's. I firmly believe that we, our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren are confronted with a repeat of the tremulous year of 1938 and the subsequent tragedies that befell the Jewish people. In my opinion our only possible salvation is to strengthen the State of Israel demographically, physically, militarily, and spiritually.
Psychologists claim that between 3 to 1/3 of Jews are so emotionally traumatized by centuries of persecution and discrimination that they reject their own heritage and immerse themselves instead in the culture and problems of other people, even when the latter groups vehemently reject them and pour scorn and abject hatred upon them.

On The Present Danger Facing Israel And All Jews

The entire body of the Jewish people today -- in Israel, in Europe, in America, in Australia and New Zealand, and throughout the world -- is in grave danger. Our very existence as a people and as a faith is in jeopardy. The threat to our survival has two components to it: the external siege being waged against Israel and the Jewish people throughout the world by the international jihadist movement, its sympathizers and appeasers; and the internal siege that we Jews, both in Israel and in the Diaspora, including the United States, are waging against ourselves.

We will look first at the external siege -- war that is being waged against us. It has its military, diplomatic, and ideological-propaganda aspects.

Military threat

On the "military" front (if that is the right word for the front of violence and terror) we have been under constant assault since the signing of the Oslo accords between Israel and the PLO in 1993.

During the past fourteen and a half years the Palestinian Arab terrorists have murdered over 1,800 Israelis, two thirds of them civilians. This is more than the total number of Israelis murdered by the Palestinian Arabs in the forty-four years preceding the "peace accords." Many of the killers have been members of the Palestinian Arab "police force" established with Israel 's consent in Gaza, Judea and Samaria under the Oslo accords. Indeed, Palestinian "police" have murdered three Israelis just over the past month.

For the past seven years, Israeli towns and villages near the border with Gaza have been subjected to rocket attacks; during the past two years, the city of Sderot, with a population of some 23,000, has been bombarded with rockets nearly every day. Its residents have about twenty seconds whenever a warning siren sounds to duck into a shelter. The missiles have killed some people; many more have been wounded; and thousands, including Sderot's children, have suffered shock and trauma.

Egypt, supposedly at peace with Israel, has enabled the Hamas terrorists who control Gaza to move vast amounts of armaments, money and soldiers into this territory, and to transform themselves from a guerilla force into an army able to fight Israel on nearly equal terms. The Israelis have even captured on videotape Egyptian "border guards" helping to smuggle in terrorists.

Then there are the Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon, who killed about 140 Israeli soldiers and 43 civilians in 2006, many of them with long range rockets that struck deep inside the Galilee, including Israel 's third largest city, Haifa. Hezbollah recently struck again with rockets at kibbutz Shlomi. Since the 2006 Lebanon war, Hezbollah has completely rearmed, and now has missiles that can strike at the heart of Tel Aviv.

Standing behind Hezbollah are Syria and Iran. Both of these hateful regimes make no bones about their desire to destroy Israel. Both are armed with chemical and biological weapons, missiles that can reach every inch of Israeli territory, the most advanced fighter jets, and numerous other ultramodern weapons. Both regimes are working at break-neck speed to develop nuclear weapons. This has been thoroughly documented, despite the attempts of the recent "National Intelligence Estimate" to deny this reality.

EHUD BARAK - THE POISON DWARF

The appellation: "The Poison Dwarf" first belonged to Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger. He was not trusted by many in Washington because he was known to be ruthless to friends and foes alike. He got what he wanted, usually by leaving trail of broken bones of those he rolled over. Now that he is gratefully dead, the appellation: "The Poison Dwarf" has become generic for many in the world of politics and the military.
Barak has a record that speaks of manipulation, blunders and an inflated ego that generates ideas which have a short vision. In a way we see those traits also in Shimon Peres and Ehud Olmert.

Barak, in his early years, was selected as a P.C. (Politically Correct Candidate for higher office). That included a special status in the Army where he would be quickly advanced and given high profile missions that generated commendations and medals. The Labor Party people also built an aura around him as a thinker, a visionary and a future candidate for political office. Regrettably, his smarts were more of the manipulation variety than that of a deep thinker and a visionary. In brief, he was not Arik Sharon, either at the military level nor at the political level. (Note! I do recognize Sharon’s personal failures toward the last years of his life.)

THE ALIEN SPACE SHIPS HAVE FINALLY LANDED

The long-awaited alien space ships which have been such a mystery finally landed. They are presently in the desert of New Mexico, awaiting a delegation from the President of the United States and representatives of the world’s nations. There is a nervous silence.
A door is opening and a platform is being lowered.
The delegation is anxiously now awaiting the emergence of these visitors from a distant world. Speculation is rife. Who are they? What do they want? What will they look like? Is this a friendly visit?

The main ship is estimated to be a mile in length and a half mile in width. It landed silently and rests lightly on the ground.
Several figures are emerging. There seems to be ten aliens who come out. They are quite small with thin spindly legs. They have some sort of cloaks with black and white stripes. They are wearing small black hats that look like beanies or what some call "skull caps".
The delegations start to speak to each other.

Something’s wrong! They don’t seem to understand each other’s language. The aliens seem agitated as they are waving their arms about and shrugging their shoulders.
Wait! The U.S. delegation is calling for a number of what we are told are language experts. They are trying to communicate with the visitors. More hand waving and shoulder shrugging.
The spokesman for the linguists is telling the President that, as far as they can discern the visitors are speaking some sort of dialect that seems like ancient Aramaic not heard on Earth for thousands of years.

The visitors have turned back to their ship, seemingly arguing with each other with much hand waving. It is very tense as the world’s delegations wait in consternation, not knowing what to do. The aliens go back into their ship.
In about 10 minutes the strangers re-emerge, holding some sort of box with speakers. I think it’s some kind of translator.

Bush's State of the Union, 2008, re Israel

People who care about the persistence of Israel as a sovereign Jewish state in which Jews can live, flourish, rule themselves and prosper everywhere must note two aspects of the State of the Union Address read by President George W. Bush on the evening of January 28, 2008. They should alarm and awaken anyone not yet alarmed for Israel and the Divine Providence to which it witnesses.

About two-thirds of the way through the fifty minute address, a series of applause-prompting lines as has become common the past fifteen years, Mr. Bush made several references to “the President of Palestine” noting that he “is a leader with whom the democratically elected leaders of Israel can work toward peace. The “Palestinians” were mentioned several times (this is not new) as if there is such a people and, alarmingly for a State of the Union, their “State,” to be brought into existence “by the end of this year” was greeted by a prolonged standing ovation. There were many standing ovations but few that drew all members of Congress (Supreme Court Justices and the Joint Chiefs of Staff are among other high profile regular attendees) to their feet for lengthy cheers. As the applause mounted and continued, Condoleeza Rice, sitting on the front role center aisle seat looked around with a basilisk stare as if to see if anyone might not be standing and applauding.

WHOSE ARMAGEDDON? YOURS OR MINE?

We have long ago crossed over the threshold called the War of Civilizations into WW3 or WW4. However, instead of moving linearly toward confrontation as nations did in the past, we are circling toward the same end. In past wars, the clash was not only between phalanxes of armies marching toward each other but, the entire population participated. They did not really distinguish between the armies in the field when they attacked the substructures (populations) that supported the armies.

In essence, villages, town, cities were destroyed with maximum intended collateral damage. Every war had the elements of Sherman’s march to the sea. Slash and burn. Whole civilizations have disappeared in blood in straight forward confrontation.

Yes, there was subterfuge, plots in court, maneuvering both politically and militarily and all the variables that go on in the world were in the mix of war. But, in the end the clash that occurs had a certain finality. We do not have to go far back in time to demonstrate the dynamics of finality. America went to war against Germany and Japan. We fought them both in military battles but we also bombed their cities killing civilians and the infrastructure that enabled the enemy to make war. We did fire-bomb Dresden. We did bomb Nagasaki and Hiroshima with our first nuclear bombs. We destroyed their civilizations and with it the Japanese' will to continue fighting. Their purpose of war disappeared when their home-front was burning and the population suffered massive casualties. That two-front war ended with victory for the Free West and defeat for the Axis Fascists.

As I survey the fragile planet we call home, my mind makes note of the chaos, blood, and tears. The cries of a million lost souls shatter the night in a million corners of the earth. The sensitive, compassionate among them try to feed the hungry, heal the sick, clothe the naked. One by one their energies dissipate. They try to hold back the tide with a teaspoon and then see the impossibility of the task. The Jewish people are but a cosmic speck in this universe. To many Jews who feel deeply about their own people, that speck becomes the whole world. Other Jews are irrevocably tied to non-Jewish pursuits.

May we as a people open our eyes and begin to see the world as it really is. Without becoming depressed and morose, we must realize that there are powerful forces in the world that wish us ill. May we mobilize our strength to fight our enemies until they are defeated. May we not succumb to false prophets of peace. We all want peace. We pray for peace in our Sabbath services every Friday night. After thousands of years, being victims of persecution, expulsion, extermination, and discrimination, it is natural that we yearn for peace with every ounce of our bodies and souls. It is because our hunger for peace is so strong that we must be doubly cautious not to fall for a pseudo-peace. Today none of us believe Chamberlain really negotiated "peace in our time" with Hitler. Why did some Jews believe that Peres and Rabin really negotiated "peace" with Arafat, one of today's Hitlers?

THE FREEMAN CENTER EXPOSED - THE GOOD AND THE BAD (?)

We have always had a unique philosophy of being generous to other Zionist organizations and new authors. While most Jewish websites distribute only their own material, we send you a mixture of excellent material from many sources. Sort of a one stop shop for serious Zionists.

At the time we launched our website, there were less than 10 strong Zionist sites on the Internet. Today there are 10,000 Jewish sites, many of them Zionist. The new ones came up following our lead and copying our model. They had much more money and jazzier graphics. We have always concentrated on being primarily a text site for people wanting in depth reports and commentary on the news. In the USA, academics, the military, the government and many politicians read our reports. I don't claim to have convinced anybody of anything. We provided the information for sound judgments. Some understood it and some didn't.

REFLECTIONS OF A FRUSTRATED ZIONIST - YEAR END (2007)

Much has happened in the last year. It has not been a good year for Zionism and the Jewish People. One could be optimistic and try to find the bright side of what has been happening. I am forced by nature to tell the truth in a realistic way. I am condemned to discuss harsh realities.

Some of my reflections:

1. The growth of religious Zionism would save Israel, IF there were TIME for it to take power. I fear that time is running out.

When will the Nationalist Camp realize that we are "at war already" with a PLO supported government that rules Israel? At what point will Israelis realize that the CIVIL WAR they fear, IS ALREADY TAKING PLACE AND THEY ARE LOSING? Why don't members of the Nationalist Camp understand that FORCE is being used by only ONE side which is the extremist pro-Arab anti-Semitic government. The monopoly on power must be broken or there is NO hope.

2. Appeals for aliyah to Israel are a joke. Sounds harsh and non-Zionist. I understand that. Let me make something "perfectly clear" as US President Richard Nixon used to say. As long as Israel is ruled by anti-Semites, who are more interested in protecting the Arab "right" to kill Jews, don’t expect huge waves of aliyah. As long as the police, courts, Shin Bet, media continue to defame and persecute TRUE ZIONISTS, don’t expect huge waves of immigration. As long as Land in Israel is controlled by the government (and the pro-Arab JNF) to the neglect of Jewish couples wanting to build affordable housing, don’t expect a huge wave of immigration. As long as the IDF is used as a political tool to suppress freedom of speech and the G-d given right of the Jewish People to settle Eretz Yisrael, don’t expect a huge wave of aliyah. As long as the bureaucracy in the Israel government ministries discourages individual enterprise, there will be no massive wave of immigration.

3. Israel’s military/strategic policy as been on a sharp decline since the days of Former Israeli Pm Ben Gurion and Menachem Begin. When Israel agreed to allow the PLO to escape Beirut after the First Lebanon War in 1982, the decline began in earnest. The Freeman Center strategy would have been to agree to let them leave on ships that would have an "accident" en route killing all aboard.

CONFISCATING THE WEAPONS OF JEWS..IT ALL HAPPENED BEFORE

Some will recall how the British raided the farms of Jewish settlers to confiscate weapons the Jews needed to hold off Arab terrorists. The British government hated the Jews in deference to the Arabs. That rotten government did everything possible to disable and disarm the Jews so the Arab raiders would have an easier job of killing Jewish settlers.
Remember that the Jews joined the Allied armies to help fight the German Nazis in WW2.

Then recall the effort the Brits made to keep Jews from immigrating from the graveyards of Europe after WW2. Even then traitorous Jews made common cause with the Brits to inform on Jews who were fighting the Brits. During those pioneering days, the Jews had to hide their weapons from the British search teams who were often aided by betraying Jews who would inform on them. If he were alive today, Teddy Kollek could testify as to his own role of informing on Jews who were later caught and hanged in Acre prison.

Today, as in those ugly times, the Olmert government wish to disarm the Jews so they could be either slaughtered by the well-armed Arabs or vulnerable to Israeli Yassam troops who are trained to brutally beat the Jews who protest being evicted from their homes.

(I can hear the shouts of the Nazi storm-troopers driving the Jews out of their homes, screaming "Raus! Raus!" NEVER AGAIN is happening again - only this time it’s the leaders of the Jewish nation shrieking "Raus! Raus!")

A TIME FOR PEACE, AND A TIME FOR WAR

We find all the expressions of horror a recent Rabbi's ruling concerning a soldier's obligation to avoid abandoning army bases and settlements to terrorists, to be hypocritical, self-serving, and unfortunate. The Israeli government is in rebellion against everything that Israel, Zionism, and Judaism are all about. They are the ones causing the rift in the body politic and they will be totally responsible for any resulting violence. We must pray that this does not happen.

When will the Nationalist Camp realize that we are "at war already" with the PLO supporting tyranny that rules Israel? Under the Nazis, the Jews of Warsaw numbered over 500,000. They were depleted with regular deportations aided by Judenrats (Jewish leaders). The Revolt in Warsaw began when the Jewish population was down to 50,000 (or 90% murdered). At what point is it OK to rebel? When is civil disobedience OK? When is civil war a better course than suicide? All throughout history there have been rebels and loyalists. History is usually written by the victors but truly there is seldom a universally accepted moral standard as to what is a proper rebellion and what is not. We can say with absolute certainty, however, that the Jewish return to Zion and our struggle today for Eretz Yisrael are more righteous than any other struggle for national liberation in the history of the world.

As I read daily reports of the Israeli government succumbing to both their own prejudice against Jews and that of American pressure to cleanse the land of Jews, my rage grows. It is said that we Jews have the right to call upon our G-d for His retribution against our enemies.

I personally have been "Shrei-ing Gevalt" and pleading with HaShem to curse the nations who curse us for what they have done and what they are still doing.

First, I ask for G-d to do as he did when he cursed the Egyptian people through their Pharaoh with plague upon plague. Let the curses come "en masse" to include the deaths of the first-born. We already see the plague of the Muslim "Jihadists" as they kill all others - even as they kill themselves and teach their children as young as 3 to hate and kill.

Freeman Note: It is important to remember that Israel's acceptance of military aid from the USA ties its security and foreign policy to the whims of the anti-Semitic US State Department and some future pro-Arab Democrat President. Also, the dictates of other nations will likely remove Israel's strategic depth won dearly in the 67 and 73 wars. The moral rot inside Israel's establishment can not be counterred with high tech weaponry. In the final analysis, unless decisive measures are taken to revive Zionist rule in Jerusalem, Israel will fail to survive much longer. PRE-EMPTIVE JUDGEMENT

If there was ever any reason to bring Israel’s current Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to trial, it is for what he and former Prime Minister Arik Sharon did by abandoning 10,000 Jewish men, women and children living in Gush Katif/Gaza (plus 4 North Samarian communities)...and the unconscionable number of Israelis who will be killed or maimed by their action in the expected coming war. Clearly, employing Pre-Emptive Judgement is the wise course, given that Olmert and his confederates wish to repeat Gaza as soon as possible - by abandoning Judea and Samaria.

A constant flow of munitions have been smuggled into the hands of first Fatah and now Hamas. We all knew that Egypt, with malice aforethought, refused to close its Sinai smuggling borders with Gaza and, in fact, aided the smuggling with no objection from Olmert. They turned a blind eye to the tunnels, some of which were found to start in Egyptian army camps.
Now Olmert, his Kadima crowd and Israel’s new President Shimon Peres declare they plan to repeat the Gaza trap by surrendering Judea and Samaria, putting all of Israel’s population centers within easy range of Muslim Rockets and Katyusha Missiles from Gaza, South Lebanon and (after we surrender) from the Muslims within Israel’s heartland of Judea and Samaria.

What would you do if you were stuck in one place, everything is the same, and nothing you did mattered?" This is the lament of TV weatherman Phil (played by actor Bill Murray) in the modern classic movie Groundhog Day.

Resentful over his yearly assignment of having to cover the Groundhog Day ceremonies in the small town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, TV Phil is irritable and uncooperative with his news team, and increasingly sarcastic in his reporting. His behavior towards the local town people is condescending and dismissive. He just wants to finish and get out. But fate intervenes, as a snowstorm closes the road back to Pittsburgh and Phil must stay the night. When he awakes in the morning, it is still February 2, Groundhog Day, all over again, and again, and again. He is reliving the same day over and over and tries to tell his TV producer and anyone else who will listen that he has been there and done that, but they think he's loony and ignore his complaints.

The Israeli people are experiencing the same nightmarish time warp as TV Phil. Only the stakes are much higher, and the time warp far longer - the Israelis are reliving not the same day but the same decades over and over. And the reliving is not just a singular experience; the same nightmare is inherited from father and mother to son and daughter - dor l'dor, generation to generation.
