Political Analysis and Commentary
on Israeli and Jewish Affairs

"For Zion's sake I shall not hold my peace, And for Jerusalem's sake I shall not rest."

Forwarded with comments by Emanuel A. Winston

For some time I have written about the U.S. State Department, describing its endemic hostility to the Jewish people and later to the Jewish State. Recently, an article appeared in the Yediot Ahronot (1) and the New York Monthly Herald of June 2006 (2). Apparently, the U.S. reached out to hostile Arabs three decades ago with an offer to work toward making Israel a "small friendly country" of no threat to its neighbors and with an assurance to Iraq that the U.S. had stopped backing Kurdish rebels in the north. "We can’t negotiate about the existence of Israel," then Secretary of State Henry Kissinger told his Iraqi counterpart in a rare high-level meeting, "but, we can reduce its size to historical proportions."

This was U.S. State Department policy, plans and doctrine. Once the U.S. succeeded in shrinking Israel to a size acceptable to Arab countries, whereby they would be assured that Israel would be of no threat to them, at that point, the Arab countries would advance beyond U.S. foreign policy to attack and destroy the minuscule Jewish State.
As you may recall, the State Department has been a virulent adversary of the Jews from well before WWII. Such diplomats as the Dulles brothers, John Foster Dulles, Secretary of State and Allen Dulles head of the CIA were far closer to the Germans throughout WWII, even collaborating. Remember the story about the infamous Gold Train, containing treasure looted from the Jews. That, of course, is a different story but, it is one of the many windows to look through, demonstrating State Department anti-Jewish, anti-Israel animosity.

Please read "The Splendid Blond Beast: Money, Law and Genocide in the Twentieth Century" by Christopher Simpson Grove Press NY 1993 - which further itemizes all the American companies who aided the alliance between the State Department and the Nazi Germans, particularly the industrialists. (3) That alliance today extends from industry to the multi-national oil companies. This time, instead, of German industrialists, the U.S. State Department’s partners are Arab oil sheiks with the same animus toward the Jewish people that drove Adolph Hitler’s murderous policies.

The Kissinger Plan called for "Shrinking Israel, the Jewish State", as if a smaller and more vulnerable Israel would pacify Islamic-driven Arabs or make them forget the six wars they started and lost to the Jewish Israelis. Kissinger clearly understood that, nothing short of complete elimination of Israel would serve Islam, restore their lost Pride and attendant Shame from losing ignominiously to the supposedly weak Jewish people.

Kissinger, a German Jew, was as many Jewish leaders of today, Jewish in name only. But, the doctrine of "Shrinkage"was carried forward even including Menachem Begin and his evacuation of the Sinai. Yitzhak Rabin, Shimon Peres and Yossi Beilin advanced the Shrinkage through the Oslo Accords - which failed miserably. Kissinger may have given "some" orders but the "orders" came from a higher pay-scale and larger organization well-connected to the Saudi Muslims.

Since Oslo was signed and Yassir Arafat was given weapons and control over 7 major Arab Muslim cities, more than 1700 Jews were killed, tens of thousands more wounded, many maimed for life.

Then PM Bibi Netanyahu abandoned 80% of Hebron in the Wye Agreement. Then came Ehud Barak’s midnight run from Lebanon which gave Hezb’Allah its base of operations - supplied and armed by Iran and Syria. As you may note, Israel is shrinking as we watch.

Now, since the fiasco of Ariel Sharon’s "ethnic cleansing" of 10,000 Jewish men, women and children from Gush Katif/Gaza and 4 Northern Samarian communities, most of Southern Israel is under Palestinian Arab Muslim Kassem Rocket and Katyusha Missile fire.

Today we further observe PM Ehud Olmert prepare to engage in further "shrinkage" which he calls "Convergence" - now renamed: "Realignment". The ‘west bank’ (Judea and Samaria), the Jordan Valley and more than half Jerusalem will be evacuated of their hard-working Jewish population - as he and Sharon did from Gaza.

The Kissinger-State Department Plan of Shrinkage has not gone away but merely changed forms as needed, to confuse and mislead the Jewish people. It is not hard to recruit the Jewish people seeking acceptance. It is not hard to recruit weak Jewish leaders who are hungry for global acceptance, recognition and status. The Israelis, like Rabin and Peres were told that Israel would play a significant role in America’s future Plan for the Middle East. What these geo-political country bumpkins did not understand was that their role was to shrink and soon disappear.

American Jewish leaders were even more gullible. The State Department would call them in for an ego ‘briefing’, pat them on their respective back-sides and tell them how important they were. Being used like a two dollar street walker never got through to them. They would become the shill or voice of their masters, the State Department, to the Jewish people in America. And, whatever passes for ‘leadership’ is fully adopted back in Israel as the American Jewish leaders and U.S. State Department decide these life-and-death policies for the Israelis who must live or die by them.

I must admit, we an easy people to fool - except for some.
Presently,. There is a major pitch to "Shrink Israel" with Olmert and the Leftist Kadimites leading the charge. They are deliberately spinning off large parts of the nation through intentional eviction/evacuation. But, there is an even a more sinister part of their Shrinkage/Convergence Plan.

The Second Part is the well planned spill-over of hostiles, beyond what was and is to be abandoned territories. For example: when then Prime Minister Ehud Barak (in collusion with President Bill Clinton) ran like a scalded cat from an important defense position in Lebanon. I wrote that day about the "No-Man-Land’s Effect". I concluded that the Israelis living in the North of the country would either learn to live in their bomb shelters or immigrate toward the center of the country. That included the Golan Heights which was part of the Barak/Clinton Evacuation Plan. The Planners understood that, once the hostile terrorists were positioned in the abandoned territories, all they had to do was to fire on the civilians adjacent to the abandoned territories and then those areas would also be abandoned. Call this Plan: "Redundant/Evacuaton".

Now move to the South. At the behest of President George W. Bush, former PM Ariel Sharon and current PM Ehud Olmert abandon 21 Jewish communities from Gush Katif in Gaza, including 4 in Northern Samaria, evict 10,000 Jewish men, women and children, destroy their self-built beautiful homes, farms, greenhouses, stores, factories, businesses, synagogues and even cemeteries - except for that infrastructure which might prove useful to the Gazan Muslim Arabs. Already the ‘spillover’ is in motion as Kassem Rockets and Katyusha Missiles are being launched into civilian areas of Southern Israel, hitting close to Ashkelon (where there is a major power plant and fuel storage depots), Sderot (where one Rocket hit next door to Israel’s new Defense Minister Amir Peretz in May, killed two toddlers and a grandfather last year).

Here again the "Shrinkage" Plan is not only to have turned over Gaza but, the next phase will follow the No-Man’s-Land doctrine, where Israeli citizens will be forced to abandon their homes, land, factories and "Converge" (or "Compress") toward the center of the country into what’s left of Israel. Ashkelon, the electric power station, ports, fuel depots will simply be forced to be abandoned due to saturation missiles attacks.

However, the "Convergence/Compression" tactic may be far too minimal and dangerous. Last week Rockets came from the North, reaching as far to the center as Safed (that is Mt. Meron and Na’amah). So now we have invited the Muslim Arab terrorists to launch into the center of the country.

Olmert’s next phase is Judea and Samaria. This will offer the perfect firing solution for Fatah, Hamas and all the terrorists who will fill the area from all over the world - just as Hezb’Allah was given by Barak in the North. If Olmert’s "Convergence/Compression" succeeds, the launching pads will be located in Judea and Samaria - a literal stone’s throw from Israel’s most central population density along the coast into the big cities of Tel Aviv, Haifa and Jerusalem.

Regrettably, it will be too late for Nuremberg Tribunal hanging solutions. Israel will have accepted betrayal and a loss of the land - from the heartland of Israel’s most intensely biblical, ancestral history. Olmert has mentioned evicting from 50,000 to 100,000 Jews.
Others will suffer as Iran did when President Jimmy Carter assisted the Ayatollah Khomeini into power. All of America’s allies will be at risk, as will the weapons’ systems supplied by the Free West, especially the United States - just like America lost all the weapons’ systems she had supplied to the Persian (Iran) King, the Shah Pahlavi. [This was an issue when America proposed selling AWACs to Saudi Arabia in 1979.]

Jordan will be easily lost to a ‘coup d’etat’ as the Muslim Arab Palestinians take over - they are now between 70 to 80% of the Jordanian population, ruled by a Hashemite King Abdullah.
Egypt is already on a downhill run as the Muslim Brotherhood makes "Democratic" inroads and, if successful, takes over Egypt’s vast armory, supplied by more than $60 Billion in free armaments at the behest of State Department planners.
Finally, the Saudi Royals will fall, along with their oil fields, thanks to the State Department’s efforts on behalf of the Palestinian Muslim Arab terrorists.
You don’t have to take my word or analysis. Just take a look around. The Muslim ‘Jihadists’ are going wild, Globally. Jewish Leaders have panicked and gone into a retreat mode thinking that appeasement willbuy thempeace..

The Europeans have already caved into their Arab Muslim critical mass and are now called literally: "Euarabia".
As for Bush, whatever he started with courage in his war against Global Terror has faded. As he now starts to bargain with Iran, he will have to follow the Kissinger "Shrinkage Doctrine" and push Israel to exert further restraint or whatever will please Mahmoud Abadinejad.

Of course, the Israeli people could wake up and boot Olmert and his crowd of Leftist defeatist out of power. Bring back Gen. (Ret.) Moshe Ya’alon and kick out Gen. Dan Halutz whose only proven fighting ability is against unarmed Jewish settlers.
P.S. Please watch for the follow-on story of Israel’s National Security Council Head Maj. Gen. Giora Eiland, just leaving the Olmert Government. As the logistical Planner for Sharon, Eiland blasts the Gush Katif/Gaza retreat as a failed opportunity to gain real concessions from the Muslim Arab Palestinians (any or all factions). He also has the same opinion for Olmert’s "Convergence/Realignment". Hopefully, I will send out a full report but, you may wish to pull it up earlier on Arutz 7, June 4 or Israpundit, June 4. (4)

Do you think a smaller Israel will be considered more friendly by the Arab Muslims?
